"En-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning" is mentioned ... What does it mean?

All rooms have private bathrooms supplied with towel racks, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste and hand cream. Here at Boogaard’s all of our rooms have central air conditioning. Since our climate is quite mild we only offer airco during the months of June thru September.
To keep our prices as low as possible we have not included air-conditioning fees for our rooms. Therefore if you decided to use air-conditioning, the fee is €10,- per night.
